When I unboxed the laptop it was wobbly on the table and I found that it was bent. I now have to go through the hassle of returning a damaged laptop.

I got the 2060 version six months ago, and Ive yet to be disappointed by this laptop. It handles games great, though the plastic build leaves some to be desired. Otherwise, no complaints!

I found a few laptops over the my gaming career and theyve all fallen short, Im a PC gamer but desktop all the way. When my desktop died and I started traveling a lot for work I needed something portable so I did a lot of research and settled on this one.

this gaming laptop just blows the comp away and is just as good as a 5000 dollar laptop for gaming, dont be fooled into thinking the more it cost the better, this is sufficient n more than enough

While I really do enjoy this laptop for the couple of weeks Ive owned it, whenever I plug my headset in and try to talk while playing games with friends or typing, all they can hear is garbled noise and static. Apparently even having a small amount of pressure on the left hand side of the keyboard (e.g. my palm resting on it when over the WASD keys), it completely cuts out my microphone audio. Given that I bought this laptop for gaming, this is an absolute deal breaker for me. Deeply disappointed and already sent in a claim for repair/replacement, will update my review should they be able to fix this.

Edit: does not have a D drive only a C drive. Going to need to buy an external hard drive.

Great for pretty much anything you could want to do. Windows 11 capable and Acer is the best brand out there. I had other predator models as well and there isnt a brand out there that can deliver like acer can.
