Overheating issues, especially if trying to run a game and chrome (even 1 tab spikes temps) the wasd and a few other keys are wearing off the paint/coloring. Never had a laptop do that before, even after several years of daily use.

The only thing to note about my experience is that the battery failed about 6 weeks in, I shipped for repair, they slapped another battery in, and that one failed after 2 weeks. If it’s been a while since I updated, then it stopped eating batteries.

This laptop is a beast and I have no issues with performance. Because of this, but as should be expected: it runs hot, the fans get loud, and the battery life is atrocious (you definitely need to keep it plugged in, but that’s standard).

Runs great even with vr games. Only downside is the display screen could have been better,other than that. Been running a couple of triple A games for the past month. this laptop runs games on high or ultra graphics without slowdown and high framerates.

UPDATE on my original review:

Fresh out of box, battery wont hold charge. If power cord is disconnected, laptop dies. Seeking a battery replacement to be shipped....still havent had a chance to contact customer service, due to my job.

No Optical drive and card reader, but overall very good gaming PC.
