> 3 dayI was really excited to receive this PC. The moment I set up windows and logged in I noticed the screen periodically blinking. It seemed like the GPU was quickly crashing. I reviewed the reliability monitor and it appears it was repeatedly throwing a live kernel event 141 error which seems to be common by doing a google search. I updated windows, updated the NVIDIA driver all with no luck. I contacted Predator preferred support which is just a foreign call center. They proposed the items I already tried. I even reset it to the factory acer windows image and installed a clean copy of windows with no resolution. After wasting 6 hours of research and troubleshooting I boxed it up and sent it back to Amazon. Waste of a day and no new PC.

> 3 dayI managed to snag this on Black Friday for $1099. With a 12700F and a 3070. Based on prices, it was well worth just going the prebuilt route.

> 3 dayDid not purchase from Amazon, but I wanted to share my horrible experience. Purchased this gaming PC for my son to also use as a HW computer. This PC has been in repair and in transit more times that it has been in use.

> 3 dayThe reason why this gets one star is because right out of the gate the build has a major flaw it only has 1 fan in the back 1 fan and the rear and the way everything is set up the system cannot properly be cooled be cooled under load the CPU was sitting at 90゚CThe reason why this gets one star is because right out of the gate the build has a major flaw it only has 1 fan in the back 1 fan and the rear and the way everything is set up the system cannot properly be cooled be cooled under load the CPU was sitting at 90゚C Constantly even if I pulled voltage it woultage it was still not a degree Celsius On paper the build looks good but do yourself a favor and get something that you can at least run properly and maximize performance

> 3 dayIt did power on when it arrived but froze within 24 hours and would not start back up. I combed the internet for a about 16 hours trying every solution I could find. Nothing worked. Called tech support and their recommendations were VERY VERY basic and were all things I tried in the first hour. Acer won’t warranty because it’s from Amazon. Got a best buy membership and had them take a look at it. They said it’s toast. They couldn’t get it to boot after replacing, cpu, ram, graphics card, basically everything but the motherboard. Really disappointed. Returned and praying for a refund soon

> 3 dayWorks fine for almost a week so far. The back of the case is sealed, so if you are going to upgrade your CPU cooler (by removing the backplate) and/or moving the motherboard around for whatever reason, youre going to have a really rough time.

> 3 dayFor a prebuild PC it is very good and will last you a long time. The RTX 3070 is a beast and you should not need more than 16gb of RAM (although I did upgrade to 32gb because I had a pair lying around). This PC will run most if not all high end games at high settings.
