> 3 dayThis is an amazing monitor and it has almost no problem in displaying pictures and colors. However, the surface absorbs many of the particles in the air and you must clean it once a week at least.

Greater than one weekOn the left is a Gigabyte m27q. An extreme budget 1440p, 27, 170hz monitor I paid $259 last year. On the right is the Acer SB241YH sold in this listing. Its a 1080p, 23.8, 75hz monitor for $154.99. The $100 difference should be in smaller size and lack of resolution. But instead its smaller size, less resolution AND awful colors, no darks, blocky edges. Its terrible! I am not spoiled by my m27q because this Acer monitor is replacing a super cheap old 24 1080p LED ViewSonic (that died after it drank my coffee) that I used for a 3rd monitor for spreadsheets. That cheap 6 or 8 year old worn out monitor had way better colors than brand new this junk.. Acer you should be ashamed of yourself. There is no way this monitor should be sold for anything over $75-80. At the time of writing this review its back in the box for return.

> 3 dayWould probably recommend a 2k monitor over a 1080p monitor, but overall this is the best bang for the buck monitor I could find on the market. Works stunningly good

Greater than one weekthe monitor itself is really good but if youre buying this just know that youre gonna need some kind of adapter for the display port. The display port it comes with is outdated and isnt even an HDMI cable.

> 3 day(This review is for the 23.8 VA version of this panel, The SB241Y Abi) I am astonished at how good this monitor is for the price. It has some drawbacks, but in this ocassion it seems Acer cut the right corners in order to provide as good a experience as possible for this price. Taking into account only image quality and thin bezels you could easily confuse this monitor for an expensive one. You see this is a cheap monitor when you take into account the lack of high refresh rate and PIP, the base that only allows tilting and the view angles and other details. PROS: -It has nice color accuracy, really good contrast and its pretty bright. I dare to say it has the best quality for the price. -It has practically no bezels (except at the bottom). -It quite light. -No screwdrivers required for assembly. -Good clarity on text, it doesnt seem to create any kind of eye constrain when reading. CONS: -This monitor requires a lot of calibration in order to provide good color accuracy. I had to put it side by side with my main monitor, which was already heavily calibrated and spent about 20min in this operation. -Base only allows for vertical tilting. Theres no screen rotation. -Not a wide view angle. It seems to me the image starts to look washed out at angles over 135°. However, this is to expect from a VA panel. If you need to watch this from very steep angles, get an IPS monitor. In general, I recommend this monitor to any new gamer that is on a budget as the only real drawback is the 75hz refresh rate, which is still good. You probably wont find another monitor under 130USD better than this one. Since its easy on the eyes and text is very clear and not oversharpened its pretty good for office work too.

> 3 dayI bought this for my boyfriend because he wanted a second monitor..the color and picture is amazing and there are no problems with it at all! It is very thin and lightweight so it might wobble slightly on your desk but overall a very cheap but great monitor. Would recommend! 10/10

> 3 dayThe screen is very thin (obviously). The problem with that is when adjusting your viewing angle you can actually BEND the monitor. You might be thinking that I must be a ravenous neanderthal to even achieve that, right? Nope. I carefully placed my hand on the top of the screen and applied minimal pressure. The top corner straight up folded in half like origami paper. Just a final tidbit, the screen also had terrible light bleed or edge bleed right out of the box. So you know it’s quality.
