This product would have gotten 5 stars if it were not for the issues with the stylus. It says it is emr stylus but it is not. It is simply a stylus for a ds. There is no way for me to pair the stylus with the computer and it does nothing on the touchscreen. Very disappointed. I Included a video of the stylus not working.

Great little device -- fast, great touch screen, etc. but no pen included. Thats literally false advertising.

It advertised as having charging ports on both sides and it does not and it advertised a spot to add a memory card for extended storage it does not have that either and the cord showed up not being able to charge the laptop because the cord was damaged so I had to order a whole nother cord just so I could charge it once the battery died and there was nothing that could be done about the false advertisement because Amazon wouldnt do anything about it.

It’s very light to carry! and the size is perfect!

Like the light weight, easy to set up and easy to use. I bought an Acer in 2020 and used it everyday. Last week the screen blanked out. Tried disconnecting the battery but wasnt able to so I bought another Acer. Hopefully it will last longer.

Really fast, excellent definition for video. Versitile since we can use it folded. Some problems to use it on the vertical.

Update 5-16-22 I checked online regarding the screen going black. It turns out that this is a common Chromebook issue. I followed the YouTube video and the screen came back. Ironically I ran across the Chromebook I replaced with One. I say ran across because I really thought I had thrown it away a long time ago. Well Ill apply the same information from YouTube and mysteriously the Chromebook that I thought was long on came back to life. So Im saying all of this to say I guess its not a company Chromebook issue is the Chromebook itself that has the issues So Im still loving my Chromebook.

Description says 1 usb 3.1 and 1 usb 2.0 My old Chromebook has usb ports both sides. 2 ports was main priority. Disappointed wish I would have returned it.

The screen started glitching within a week of using the laptop. Then when I went to lean the touchscreen back, the screen cracked. It is completely useless now. What a disappointment!

It was slow loading things. Did not have the apps I need on it.
