It is very hard to find a claw clip that holds thick hair up, but at the same time doesnt hurt the scalp. These are great and trendy too! My daughters hair is very thick, and I have a very hard time finding clips that will hold her hair up. These are a life saver with holding her hair up. Fashionable, cute, trendy and useful!

the only thing is it chipped the paint after a lot of use but barely noticeable

Although one was broken when i got them they are very sturdy and comfortable to wear work well with long and semi long hair

These are really nice hair clips. I like the matte finish and the cute neutral colors. They work well and the spring isn’t too tight or too loose.

I have a lot of heavy, dense, thick naturally curly hair. I basically use a hair clip every single day and I own many. I break a lot. I loved this clip! It has great holding power and didnt cause any pain, but most of all, I loved how lightweight they are. Im honestly surprised, most of my large clips have a certain heft to them and if I dont stick them in correctly I tend to get headaches. These were comfortable and I loved how light, but they still felt very sturdy and havent broken yet. I dont know how they would work on straight or thin hair. I will add that they are large, which is great for me, but this isnt the kind of you clip you put in to then rest your head somewhere (are any clips comfortable to lay back against? I havent met one yet).

This is such a cute set of clips. The colors are neutral enough to go with anything. They hold my daughters long, thick hair extremely well. They dont slip out which is nice.

I’m very pleased with this set of 4 claw hair clips. I got it to share with my teen daughter and although we have different length and thickness of hair the clips work equally well for both of us. My daughter’s hair is long and thick while mine is thin and medium length. The clips stay on and don’t slide out for either one of us. They don’t scratch our scalps and they don’t pull hair out when they are being removed. The colors are neutral and pretty. The clips are well painted. The hinges work smoothly.

These clips are awesome. They actually hold my hair in, the ones I used to have, my hair would always slip out of. They have a nice, soft feel to them, yet they are very strong (they even managed to make it through toddler terror!) I love the assortment of colors they give use as well! My hair is shoulder length and the 4.3 is exactly what I needed.
