Great item to use for children. This is the only mouthwash my daughter is willing to use!!

I like this fluoride treatment because it isnt mint flavored. I dont mind that it tastes like bubble gum. It seems to work well, although I guess the dentist would know for sure. The area where the bottle is supposed to measure out the fluoride is a little leaky, so it adds a little more fluid than its supposed to, but it isnt a big problem.

since we use it twice daily my son did not get any new cavities...

This review is from my kids perspective since they use it exclusively. They love the taste and its easy for them to use without spilling. Personally I think the flavor sounds vile but its not about me!

It does taste like bubble gum. Drink too much and your stomach will hurt

Leaked all over the inside on the box

My kids need the extra help when it comes to their teeth. They use and dont complain about the ACT bubblegum. I didnt give it a 5 because something leaked a little in the box.

My kids said the flavor is great.
