Greater than one weekThese towels no joke. I was a bit skeptical about how absorbent they were, but after a few uses drying my own car (Toyota Corolla Hatchback) and putting just one towel to the ultimate test and drying my own car, my dads car and 2 of my friends car with JUST ONE TOWEL. They’re all midsize sedans just for context. I’m total, one towel was able to effectively dry 4 cars. You could argue you need the second towel after the third car but it still did an amazing job.

> 3 dayThis towel dried my entire Camaro with now streaking or water left behind. Never had to wring the towel out once. Definitely make drying the car faster.

> 3 dayAfter only two uses the fabric is fraying. I was going to buy more but if they are all made like this one, no way..

> 3 dayI recently bought this towel because I got tired of using half a dozen small microfiber towels to dry my vehicle after a wash and wringing them out several times along the way. This towel will dry an entire Chevy Silverado without needing to be rung out once. Its soft, plush surface will not scratch the paint or create swirl marks. If you spray a little detail spray on the wet car before you dry it it will leave a nice shine. Its just the right size with a great surface area but not so much towel that you have to keep folding it together to use it. I leave it out in the sun to dry after use and then fold it up and put it back in the plastic bag it came in to keep it dust free.

Greater than one weekI keep one the the trunk for when Im at a car show. Where I live you never know when a quick shower is going to go past so it is best to be prepared. With this towel, the car is dried off in just a few minutes. Very pleased.

> 3 dayI cheat and use a leaf blower to remove probably 80% of water left after a wash but this gets in those spots the blower cant and really absorbs a LOT of water. Used it across the roof I couldn’t blow off and after a single pull across the hood it was DRY to the touch

> 3 dayThis Adams towel appears to be very high quality with a feel that definitely reflects the price point. Immediately upon taking it out you will notice the size of it exactly as mentioned. The edges are all hemmed in and unlike some other towels where the hemming is very thick and takes away from the drying area, this one here does not and gives as most surface area as possible for drying. Overall, you would think this would be the only automotive drying towel you need for a while but that disappointingly doesnt appear to be the case. The manufacture packaging itself is nothing special. Just a large plastic bag with an adhesive on one end. It describes what you purchased accurately and leaves no confusion for a mix up unlike some cheaper brands. The towel is folded neatly so if it is left inside your mail box or something theres very little risk of getting damaged. The quality of this towel is amazing which makes it feel like a professional grade product. It is soft but not too soft and leaves a very thick weave which means you can go a little all out with applying some pressure while drying. Although ideally the gently pulling approach is still the best method for it. Another detail that stands out about this towel is the weight of it. For the size of the product you would expect for it to feel heavier than it actually is; even while fully saturated it is still manageable. And the hemming on the edges is very well done once again leaving little concern for corner scratches. With all said and done you would think why three stars? The reason why is because although the size is incredibly you would still need another towel to finish drying streak free. Now thats not uncommon to need another towel, but factoring in the price and advertising claims you would think this towel would perform better. It honestly does looks like it can hold the advertised amount, however once it holds water it doesnt let go either. You would be drying your vehicle off while leaving streaks all over so naturally you would go to wring out the excess. This here is the catch; this towel holds onto water so tight that it doesnt let go of it either. Basically it will be reabsorbing the water while squeezing it out. So after 8 to 12 minutes of a good wringing session to make the towel streak free again, you might mostly dried water streaks on your vehicle forcing you to go back over again. This issue can be resolved altogether by going over with this towel first, then going over with your second towel. However, for the price of this you could stop by a Zone for Automotive parts and get that big blue towel with the smaller set for almost the same price and the other small one you could use for your windows. So overall for its purpose of being the one towel to rule them all, it doesnt exactly hold up.

> 3 dayHeard many great things about this towel but unfortunately it was sort of a let down. I could not dry my whole car (BMW 5 series) with this towel as it got soaked and became very heavy quickly. My car is coated with Adams advanced graphene spray coating which has held up nicely since June, so there isn’t much water to get rid of in the first place. GG Terry drying towel would win in this battle.
