I have installed numerous wiring harnesses and wrapped them with all types of products from electrical tape to the plastic tubing. I purchased this product to give a more vintage look, and it worked perfectly. First thing to remember is that this is not really a tape, the adhesive on it is made to stick to itself, which it does very well. Once you wrap your harness, this product is difficult to remove. However if you are looking for a vintage or unique look for your wiring job, this will fit your needs.

This product gets the job done but i recommend the tesa product more. This ones not as sticky and holds okay.

Built a new wire loom to relocate my break light and turn signals. This tape worked perfectly. It will only stick well to itself which is perfect. Doesnt feel sticky to the touch but will not loose adhesion once the wires are wrapped. I finished both ends of the wrap with a piece of heat-shrink to firmly secure it since its an exposed set of wires that gets wet often.
