> 3 dayI love these slip on tennis shoes. Very easy in and out. Comfortable walking around the house or walking the dog. These are not work-out shoes. They lack lateral support and the slip on fit is loose so expect your foot to shift inside the shoe. I would never use them running or doing anything requiring traction such as lunges or squats. That said, if you want a comfortable, easy in and out house shoe this is a great choice.
