The sambas are classics for a reason. Good with jeans or chinos, light, and comfortable. The sole is grippy. I like the minimalistic build of the shoe. The only thing that would make this better is the use of a higher quality leather.

Wie habe ich sie damals geliebt - nicht nur beim Kicken mit Freunden. Die haben mich fast überall hin begleitet (und wurden nur zum Duschen und Schlafen ausgezogen ;-)). Ich habe 8 oder 9 Paare verschliessen. Das sie dann irgendwann kaum noch zu bekommen waren, war traurig - ein wenig war es der Abschied von der Jugendzeit.

I ordered a pair the other day that came with a roll in the footbed of the left shoe. It was like someone measured incorrectly and that footbed was too long for the shoe. This makes it very uncomfortable as it is in the arch area on the outside of the foot. I ordered a replacement, and it came with the exact same issue. I am returning both and going with something else. Clearly there was no quality control on the replacement. I am really disappointed.

These shoes are ok at best. they’re cute but definitely not very comfortable. I dont really understand the hype over them especially after wearing for more than 5 hrs. They were really painful with very hard arch support so after a little research it is a common complaint. you have to lift up the insole and remove these white added arch supports (they are just glued on so easy to remove) that made a huge difference but its still not that comfortable.

Ein Jugendtraum wurde (wieder) wahr. Der gute Samba...in Echtleder... mit großer Freude bestellt und alles super. Nur gut auf die Größe achten. Er fällt ggf. deutlich kleiner aus. Ich habe Größe 44 im Normalfall. Bestellt aber in Größe 46 und das war echt gut so.
