Im 66, 190 lbs. The medium tall hit me right on the kneecap for length, and fit perfectly around the waist. Material is well stitched, breathable, and soft. Highly recommend.

I got these for my husband-he wears them, but the material is a bit thick and they are on the long side. Not a great look.
