Product looked like good quality until I found one of the buttons to retract it defective. Call company several times but would get directed to voice mail and never a call back.

QUALITY PRODUCT

I use a grade rod almost daily and they are put through abuse. I just purchased my second one in 3 years as the numbers were starting to disappear, but for the price you cant beat it. Very happy

Light and easy to use

Just as advertised, works great. The only thing that needs improvement is the fish eye bubble level will not stay attached.
