Aftershokz Aeropex Mini (Rebranded as Shokz OpenRun Mini) Bone Conduction Wireless Bluetooth Headphones

I just coukd not get comfortable with anything in my ears. These were a great solution for at the gym or even on a walk as you can still hear some outside sounds. Wish they were a little smaller to rest ore comfortably.

Detached internal speaker suddenly.

Due to outer ear nerve deafness little to no hearing with left ear. With these the sound vibrates beyond the outer ear nerve to the inner ear and I can hear all tones. Love them.

I bought two pair of these Aeropex earbuds (one for my wife, one for me) in October of 2019. Both of them started rattling and now rattle enough to make them unusable even for just walking. Something’s come loose inside them and it’s like wearing tambourines. Each step is nothing but rattles coming from the inside of the earbuds. We’re very dissatisfied and disappointed, especially given how much these things cost. We’re going to pursue warranty claims and will report back about that experience.

Sound quality was faint. After a few minutes of listening, I had pain in my skull near my ear. Had to return them.

I like these headphones. Im on my 4th or 5th pair. I use them a lot; like 15+ hours/week. Mostly on my bike where im sweating & occasionally its raining. I love the fact I can hear cars etc. I use them on the phone as well and generally get good feedback on sound quality. Like most of these type devices, they work better when theres less background or wind noise (not shocking.) They dont strike me as very sturdy though. They seem to last me about 6 to 9 months before the battery becomes unusable or they simply fail. I dont know that theres a better option than these in terms of something thats more sturdy. The company has graciously replaced one pair for me but thats a PIA and takes a few weeks (during which time I usually buy yet another pair.)

I am 100% satisfied with these headphones! I waited a couple of weeks to write this review because I wanted to have a couple of runs in them to give a honest opinion.

I use these at work while welding. I wear earplugs all day and they sound great I’ve been through a dozen different types of headphones. Including air pod pros and skull candy ones. These are superior for my needs Sometimes I even forget I’m using them

Great product, I’m able to listen to my music or pod casts with out bothering coworkers but also able to have a conversation with out turning my music off

If you hate to have something in your ear and unable to hear was going around you then you will love this to listen to music while walking or working out at the gyn. Highly recommend this. First recommended by a plastic surgeon and the by an anesthesiologist .
