exactly what we were looking for

I use the Air Doctor to filter dusty air. The old filter was excellent, and the new one promises to be. My bedroom and walk-in closet needed the flooring replaced and walls and ceilings re-painted. Everything had to be removed, including the dust of many years. Air Doctor has done well, as advertised.

Overall, filtering system seems good. I know this by looking at the clogged filters once the machine indicates the filters need to be replaced. There have been times where I was surprised it did not ramp up to higher levels but you can do so manually. The reason for the 2 stars is cost. Depending on your use and air quality, these filters needs to be replace at least twice a year. Ends up costing as much as the original unit after buying just a couple rounds of filters. I wish the company could figure out how to make the filters more affordable. In addition. their website does not allow you to set up an account on-line. So you cannot track current orders, order history, and auto-renewals. The company needs to improve their entire business model.

Finally an air cleaner that really cleans the air. I sleep so much better. I have 3 cats and this is the only product where I have noticed a huge difference in cat hair everywhere. Filters last a long time. Just really happy with this product!

Well made filter

Love the air doctor and the filters, even though they are expensive. but when I ordered the replacement filters it was supposed to come as 1 HEPA and 2 charcoal filters. Only got 1 charcoal filter. I reported it but no response.
