Strong rope but came frayed

Rope had loops and was shredding in a few places after one use. Tried to return but they claime it was past 30 days. From time of shipment but not from when I received it. Lesson learned open package and inspect right away and not just leave in the bag and take with to the lake a week later.

These are good quality ropes. Unfortunately, they dont exactly shine in the water, but the bright red color makes them easy to see anyway!

Works as expected. Whole line floats (and sparkles). Might go with a red one for better visability. Rated for i think 300#s, good for 1 rider, maybe 2.

So far, this has been a good rope, but it is starting to fray. We have only used it three times, and it shows some signs of wear. The wear is not significant, and the rope should make it through the season.
