No one told me that no matter how unbelievably careful you are with these machines, eventually, the tank will develop a micro-fracture and leak, in the night, all over your dresser/night stand (papers, books, et al). Grrrrr. I believe this is a design feature to get replacement sales, to be honest. I needed this ASAP and found this supposedly higher quality OEM tank here. After reading the reviews, I ordered and received the next day (yikes!). That was awesome considering the DRs office is closed for Corona and had no inventory. I ordered here a Toaster Oven Tray Pan, Zacfton Baking Sheet Stainless Steel Cookie Sheet Rectangle Size 10 x 8 x 1 inch plus a Mrs. Anderson’s Baking 43193 Professional Baking and Cooling Rack, 6-Inches Round, Chrome-Plated Steel Wire. The cooling rack (6) fits inside the 10 cookie pan and the Airsense10 unit sits elevated on top of the wire rack in the pan. The next leak will go into the 10 pan and not run my papers and night stand.

Item is of incomparable quality! Packaging was exalted. Ever so speedy delivery. Seller is champion.

Perfect fit for Resmed 10

this is the perfect replacement for my old tank which had started to leak. i have not had it in the dishwasher although it says dishwasher safe. regular cleaning with antibacterial soap and a toothbrush is working fine. if this one lasts as long as my first one i will be well pleased. great product so far.

The problem I have with ResMed is that they sell you the product however they do not sell you a replacement. They sent me to Amazon and the quality of the products are not the same. Just be aware.
