I had my order either stolen/or wrongly delivered. I sent and email about what happened and they responded VERY QUICKLY plus they sent the product overnight so I could get it ASAP. That is awesome customer care!!!!!!!!!! The product......... I have only used it once and it seems fine. I will have to update later on product quality, but it seems well built.

I called my local medical supply store to see if I could just buy one of these from them just from a convenience standpoint and they said I needed a prescription to get one and I found that dumb since I can just come on here and order one. So thats exactly what I did! I wanted an extra one for traveling and it worked great! I used it for 3 days while I was on vacation and had no issues! Havent tried putting it in the dish washer so I cant speak on behalf of that but overall I recommend it if youre looking for an extra reservoir or need a replacement without going through your doctor/insurance.

Part is molded perfectly as the OEM part.
