> 24 hourThese headphones are nothing special. I bought them to replace an aging set of Yamaha headphones that were half the price - the Yamaha had better quality sound.

> 24 hourI work in Radio and have all kinds of headphones at my disposal and got these as a personal pair due to the price. The open air allows for a free sound, though the bleed sometimes has people saying I listen to things too loudly, but they dont actually go that high compared with a lot of the other headphones Ive tried.

> 24 hourI use these to listen to my electric guitar. I am very happy with the clear sound—especially at this price. I don’t play loud music or heavy bass, so I can’t vouch for their performance in that area. There is no noise cancellation, which is why I bought these. I am able to practice guitar without disturbing anyone, yet clearly hear what’s going on around me.

> 24 hourvery pleased with product however a string was loose on the one of the ears and it got caught and forged a whole in the seam of the padding. Very good quality headphones, would definitely recommend for home studio recordings,

> 24 hourThe AKG K240 headphones are one of six or more headphones Ive recently tried and tested. (I am not an engineer or an audio geek or fanatic. I worked professionally developing audio, PC and other electronic equipment for over 25 years, designed many such devices, and have used headphones fairly extensively for over 30 years. With extended work and experience come certain standards for performance and a decent level of common sense judgement on quality. I hope my unique viewpoint may help or benefit you.)
