AKG Pro Audio K240 STUDIO Over-Ear, Semi-Open, Professional Studio Headphones

> 24 hourThese are great headphones, its just a shame that they do not isolate external sounds very well, but this is expected for semi-open cans. Do not get these to listen to music on your iPod on tube rides, portable devices usually are not powerful enought for these, but its just because they are pretty good studio headphones.

> 24 hourExcellent quality. Sounds as good as any headphones I have purchased in the past. Long cable to allow for plenty of room to move around while they are being worn. I have yet to be disappointed with any AKG product.

> 24 hourMade in オーストリア製からの買い替えです。聞き比べるとハッキリと違いはわかりますが、オーストリア製は良くも悪くも劣化しています。空気感は新しい方が素敵に感じます。私は比較するべきではないと思いました。

> 24 hourGreat cans! Bought mine in the early 1990s back in my radio days. Still use them for Ham radio work and some home studio VO work. Audio levels are little low compared to other headphones so the volume is higher than usual, but great sound reproduction. Very comfortable too - I can wear them for a 5 hour radio show with no discomfort whatsoever. My 25+ year old set are starting to fall apart (still sound great though), so considering buying another one. Think I paid around $90 back in the day - great investment for 25 years of service!

> 24 hourI owned a pair of AKG 240s Headphones back in 2003-2008 and remember loving their comfort and open and clean sound... however, one earphones started to short out after tremendous abuse, and I ended up breaking them to the point of garbage trying to fix them myself (lesson learned).

> 24 hourThey look great out of the box... They feel very cheap and flimsy.. However they sound great for mixing and recording vocal tracks...

> 24 hourcasing on the outer part of the right headphone speaker fell apart after a few months of regular use. not meant for long-term or heavy use, i guess. waste of money.

> 24 hourHave several pairs of these. Very comfortable to wear for long sessions and replacement parts are easy to find at Full Compass Audio. Have been using these since my first pair in 1986!
