> 24 hourOver the years Ive had Senn HD600., various Grado, and recently ATH-M-50 and I find the AKG 240 most comfortable while delievering satisfactory sounds. I use these for practicing guitar and monitoring. Very lightweight feel, no sweaty ear pockets, all I need to get the job done.

> 24 hourSAVE YOUR MONEY! Get either a better set or a cheaper one these are not a good middle road headphone set. You would think paying for higher than dollar store quality headphones would mean they last longer and provide clear audio. Not with these things. 4 months after purchase these things suddenly merged the left and right channel audio into one garbled mess. Tried getting another cable to see if that would solve these things being unusable. NOPE. I can connect these things to any device and they still sound terrible, one trash channel all mixed together.

> 24 hourI bought these to replace my Beyerdynamic DT770-80ohms after a 3rd pair of those broke out of warranty. I was skeptical initially that a $60 headphone would compare at all to those, but I am happy to report that the sound quality is almost identical in both headphones; these are essentially perfect reference headphones and I could not be happier with the sound.

> 24 hourI was looking for a pair of headphones with a decent balanced EQ for doing some home recording. Nothing professional just amateur stuff, mostly in regards to making some beats using a MIDI controller. These things sound fantastic. As some of you might know, studio headphones can easily cost $300 up to $3,000. Now Im sure the pros out there will definitely notice a difference between these kinds of things. But these are perfect for those who are recording at home and who are on a budget. The detachable cable is great. If you ever need to buy a new one, they run about $15 or so. Beats buying a new pair of headphones if the cable ever shorts out. Nice and long cable too. The bass sound on these is perfect. Some headphones have overwhelming bass which makes it nearly impossible to mix down a song, but these are perfect. You shouldnt really be mixing music on headphones as everyone says, but if you have no choice because you dont want to wake up your neighbors, this is the way to go. I could definitely see these being useful for musicians to play along with a click track in a more pro environment as well. Enjoy these puppies. Best in their class Id say.

> 24 hourI love these headphones for what they are. They are Semi-Open, great sound, etc. I wouldnt record with these, or listen to them in a room where a lot of people are do to the fact sound leaks. But for gaming alone, and especially for monitor phones they are really good for the price.

> 24 houri used several studio headphones for practicing my guitar. So far I like this one best, i would give 5 stars for the clean tone --- very close to my marshall amp, maybe 3-4 stars with high overdrive, but thats definitely acceptable.

> 24 hourBeen using AKG headphones for studio use for over 40 years. The AKG 240 has excellent imaging, a true and well balanced/uncoloured frequency response, very comfortable, and is my first choice for endless hours of mastering time. Just bought 2 more sets of these from Amazon. Showed up exactly on time, price is great for headphones of this quality, and they arrived with no damages. Thanks. T.

> 24 hourLe cuffie funzionano egregiamente.

> 24 hourThey are good headphones, just understand you need a good sound card or headphone amp to get the most out of it, otherwise its subpar. Especially on a mobile device which needs an amp.
