Alexis Lightweight Luggage, Large Expandable Spinner Double Wheel Hardshell Suitcases with TSA Lock, Navy, Checked-Large 29-Inch

Im very disappointed that the first time I used it the TSA lock wouldnt open after I had tried it several times before my flight. To spend that kind of money on supposedly the best luggage then not be able to get it open when I arrived at my destination was very upsetting. My son was able to get it open so I would have clothes to wear. It was the largest one that it did it on. The medium bag worked great. Not happy.

The luggage was easy to spot. Not as lightweight as I expected. Lacks side pockets in the interior. Overall, for short hops, it is perfect.

One of the wheels came off in my first flight with this suitcase. Never expected this for a delsey product

Great suitcase worked fine for my trip. Note that this is not anything fancy inside. This is just two hard sides with a zipper holding the sides together. Inside it is just two large packing areas. There are no pockets or zippered off areas. Capacity is good size on all three cases. Just nothing fancy on the inside.

Very difficult to close and open due to middle zipper access. Zippered compartment holds items in as it is closing, but the items shift all around. I like the side zipper openings better.

I have read all of the previous reviews and agree that the luggage looks beautiful and is relatively scratch resistant. However, I took the 29 case with me on a two week trip to Peru and Argentina. I landed in Lima, Peru and wheeled the case out of the airport to the taxi area. Just before I reached the taxi, a wheel completely snapped off! I had to use a three wheel case for the remainder of the trip. When I returned to the US, the authorized repair center told me that Delsey would not repair or replace the case as they determined that a snapped wheel was not a manufacturing fault. Not buying Delsey again!

This is a very nice lightweight luggage set. The color is a very nice dark blue/graphite gray. I love the grooves on the outside. It hides the rough spots from being thrown around at the airport. The only thing I dont like is when you pack both sides of one suitcase it is a bit tricky to shut because of the weight. But overall I really am happy with them.
