Terrible product. The letters BTS peeled right off and the ribbon had this fringe on the ends that made the ribbon have runs in it. This was the second one I got the first on only came with the letters BT as the S was missing

The back pack is super cute, but the straps come loose all the time and the ribbon on the front was frayed on arrival, but I still love it and use it often!

I bought this for my 10 year old granddaughter for school. She absolutely loves it! Its made very well and looks more expensive than it is. If you have a daughter or granddaughter thats in to BTS - you cant go wrong with this purchase!!!
