The second time I used this case the hinge pulled away from the frame. Poor quality. Do not recommend.

DO NOT BUY. Sooo.. This is a lovely looking suitcase, but on the FIRST trip one of the wheels broke off. Now I’m on the bus trying to get home with crippled luggage. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I live overseas so even IF I could return this suitcase, it would be a nightmare to do. Ugh.

Love this look and size is perfect for carry-on. Very stylish and functional.

The real test will be when I check in my suitcase for a cross-country flight on Monday morning. Ill come back afterward and answer the durability question. Though it is funny reading other reviews where they say I should have bought a _______________ because they have a lifetime warranty. However, all you have to do is browse their website to learn that any damages inflicted by the airline or ground crew are not covered. So I will photograph my suitcase from every angle before I board the flight and if it gets damaged, Ill go straight to the airline.

I bought this thinking it would be a great buy and would be very durable .IT DID NOT LAST ONE TRIP TO THAILAND .VERY UPSET

Looks really nice and sturdy, with many features I desired (rolling spinner wheels, combination luggage locks, pull-up handle, etc.). It can hold 2+ laptops, plus cords, accessories, and lots more. Its outside measurements are a tiny bit less than other 20 luggage options, and it is the maximum carry-on size for commercial airlines traveling out of my nearby airport (very important aspect). Looking forward to using this.

I love this suit case I have been using it for a few years. Mine takes a beating I use it everyday for work. I’m a dog groomer and I pack all my equipment inside which is super heavy. I definitely disrespect the suitcase and throw it around and it’s held up well.
