Looks like a tow rope. Looks exactly as described. Like that comes with a carrying case. Wait till first next storm when pull ppl out to see if it stand up.

I haven’t had a chance to really put this to the test yet, but so far I’m happy with the product. The materials seem to be good quality and plenty tough.
