My first one shorted out when I hooked it up to the battery. Called for another under warranty but still ended up paying for both.

Instructions on how to use product are REALLY awful. Maybe if the manufacturer had used a native English speaker to write them I could have used it. I have returned this product for a refund.

If you do any electrical work or diagnostic work in the automotive industry you really need to get one and you can cut your troubleshooting time in half. I am speaking from 45 years in the automotive industry truth is it will surprise you.

It works and made a nightmare very manageable. It made what I thought was going to be a nightmare, finding a shirt in my wife’s car, relatively easy to find. Save me hundreds paying someone to do it. Just read the instructions if you never used one and take your time.
