I have been taking this brand for about 3 years now. And I will say the energy i get is nice, not overwhelming but nice. Also I use to get cold sores but using this I had not had one in a long time. I brought these originally to help with a false PCOS diagnosis but continued to take them cause I felt good. And my weight seemed to be easier to maintain and even lose some. The added plus is it helps with building up your immune system. Love this stuff!

Been using these for a few years for to keep cold sores at bay. Works well for that. The most recent shipment contained a bottle full of pills that looked strange. The pills are always pure white, but these had pink specks throughout. No clue why, but I don’t trust it given I’ve never seen them like this before. First time buyers probably wouldn’t know they aren’t supposed to look like that. I got a replacement through Amazon, so hopefully this was a one-off thing. This is one of the better Lysine products that I have found.

This product has protected my immune system for as long as Ive been taking it. My friends come down with colds and respiratory infections on a regular basis, but, even after having been around them, Im still in good health. I am a very young 85 and have lots of energy. I read a lot and have always tended to get styes but I notice now that the sty may start but within a day, the itching is gone. I would not be without my Llysine and my 1000mg vitamin C.

I give this to my cat because she coughed a lot due to living in the past with heavy smokers. But these were too big, even in half. They also did not sit well on her stomach. Soooooo..... I started my husband on them because his lungs and trachea were scorched in an explosion while serving this country. He gets horrible colds and bronchitis. So far so good. He doesnt mind they are big pills. I will update you if he gets ill. But I dont see that happening. Actually even his sneezing and allergies have slowed way down.

Ive been getting mouth blisters for years, since childhood. I recently moved to FL from WI and i was getting 1 outbreak after another with no breaks or relief. Desperate, i googled vitamins for cold sores and it guided me to Amazon and this product. I take 1 pill in the morning and one at night. I started to get 2 blisters, took 2 vitamins together and applied the cream and it never blistered. Havent had another one since taking. I will be a lifer. Thank you!
