Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

I bought the Seagate Expansion 2TB Portable External Hard Drive USB 3.0 (STEA2000400) to use to back up video files from my research. Obviously I wanted to keep the drive safe but also be able to take it with me on the go. This fits it perfectly with a nice spot for the accompanying wire. It is a nice, small, portable size and such a great price!

I ordered several of these AmazonBasics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Cases.

Does what it should and for the price I probably shouldnt complain about build quality, but the zipper doesnt feel like it will hold up. The long term jury is still out, if this lasts through the end of the year Ill update my review. As usual, its made in China, which is once again, disappointing since Im sure there are manufacturing contractors in the USA that could have worked with Amazon to produce this. I probably should have looked around more before buying.

Got this for my WD My Passport 2TB hard drive. Its compact enough for easy portability and just large enough to hold the drive, the usb cord and a couple smaller items like memory cards if needed. Hard case makes me feel like my hard drive is safe. Great price, great protection, a great buy!

This case doesnt need another good review, but it is truly awesome. Ive owned it for two years now and its always in the bottom of my bag which I take to the office every day. I also travel very often for work and I have absolutely no complains. The zipper is intact, and so is the inside. Keeps my hard drive super safe, I hope it lasts for a few more years. For the price, it is a fantastic case to have.

Just as described. Fits and protects my hard-drive. Only thing I would change is wish it was a little thicker/tougher case like my phone case. Thanks.

Im pleasantly surprised with this case. It fits my Seagate Portable HD perfectly. The case feels sturdy, like it can protect my external hd if I accidentally drop the case with the hd inside.

Great for what it is. Doubt it’ll protect from a 5 story drop, but should be alright if one of your kids decides to play hot potatoe with it.

This is the perfect case for a Western Digital Passport 2TB hard drive. The only thing better would be to have your name embroidered on it. Otherwise, the size is just right for the drive and the cable. The case is firm enough to protect the portable hard drive from a desk height fall, but it is not a hard case that is crush resistant.

Just what I needed. Perfect size for my hard drive and it has a pocket to put the charging wire as well.
