Highly recommend this stand, I use it to support a 54inch Sony tv, looks good and does the job.

Worked perfectly to raised my second monitor to level I wanted it. Only downside is if you put more weight to front or back it tilts the stand over

This is a nice quality stand. Its quite heavy which helps make it sturdy, but its also a bit narrow - depth wise. I would worry about putting a big monitor on it, unless your desk faces a wall. Many do, and it would be fine when used that way. My desk faces the room and I have an active cat, so I would worry about the potential fall from a jumping cat.

As advertised! This stand is solid and came meet your need. My Bose 700 soundbar sit nicely and look good doing so.

Looks good but not sturdy. After a month use the wooden part has developed bulge/depression in middle of the piece.

This is a nice and sturdy shelf. Very easy to put together, just 4 allen screws that go into metal inserts that have already been put into the bottom of the shelf. Thats a nice extra touch so you dont strip the screws going directly into the wood. I know they are designed to raise your monitor off your desk, and would work fine for that. I have a desktop mount arms mount for my two monitors, so I am using it to put my desktop computer on to keep it off the floor. Gives you a nice 4 inches or so lift, and is plenty sturdy for either purpose. The wood shelf feels heavy and doesnt seem like pressboard at all.
