I do not know what sheerness is. The contact cases were fine. Except for two issues one they felt kind of oily. So I washed them thoroughly before using them. The second thing which was warned in the consumer comments was that they really do not snap tightly shut. So they would not be a good pick for traveling. Since I do not travel much they are a fine contact lens cases for my bathroom.

These are exactly what I wanted. Some have talked about them being too deep, well the description says deep well. But they are not expremely deep like the screw on kind which is why I wanted these for my rigid contacts. They are also much easier to slide my contacts out. They ones I have had in the past have lasted for close to a year so if you buy these you wont have to buy any for a very long time but its worth it.

Received exactly what was described - a bag of randomly assorted colored flip-top contact cases. Flip top cases work great. Thoroughly washed them before use.

These are excellent. Thick, flexible plastic. Very very pleased with this purchase.
