AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler - YD2600BBAFBOX

Installed this to replace my previous eight-core processor and benchmarked my PC to a battleboat and a battleship disregarding any graphics card. I use this with the Gigabyte B450M motherboard that it is frequently bought with 16GB DDR Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz and dayum! Is it a beast. Brought my OBS streaming usage (with an Avermedia LGP Pro 2) down to 10-15% cpu usage with that and all the extra overlays and extras, making 1080p 60fps streaming a possibility. I pledge my allegiance to Ryzen.

its very quiet and fast, a welcome and refreshing upgrade from the fx 6300

I bought this a little while back Im extremely, happy with it, Ive had it running flat out, and its never been much over 80c (176f), this might sound high to some, but Im using the stock cooler in a room thats 27c (80.6f) and over. The maximum temperature for the CPU is 95c (203f). Ive given it five stars for the install because Ive built quite a few computers, someone new to computers might want to ask for help the first time around. After all, it is easy to get it wrong when youre worrying whether youre doing it right and also its easy to cook a CPU if you dont ground yourself. Would I go back to my old two core CPU with two threads? Never even though it had a higher single-thread speed.

Love it so far, paired with 16gb ram and a 2060 gaming z, over clocked to 4.1ghz at 1.4125 volts, I get 260 average frames on seige, most games I get 100-180fps on high settings, overall great cpu
