AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core, 12-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler

I rate this chip as excellent for a mid range pc. I am not an enthusiast, I just want a pc that works, and works well. This generation of ryzen chips is a step up from the 3000 series. I have a 2400g, 3400g, 3600, 5600g, and this 5600x. The performance difference is real, but not significant enough to warrant the price. If someone else is upgrading from a 3600, and you can get a great price on it, go for that. I have no experience with the ryzen 7 chips, but on paper the 5600x and 5800x are close enough to not justify the difference in price to me. I would use the normal trope, save the money and get a better graphics card but good luck with that right now. If you are trying to play games, 6 cores is enough. The 5600g and 5600x are close enough that you wont regret either.

This is a great CPU for the price. I managed to get one for my first PC build and have been impressed. It works with the B550 Motherboard I got and outperforms the Intel from my last computer that was built for me. If you can get your hands on a regular priced Ryzen 5600X do so, dont pay scalper price. Also, get a better cooler if you can especially if you are going to overclock.

How in the world was I able to grab this for $222?! Well thanks Amazon for the sale!

Shipping box was ok, but the AMD box inside had its tamper seal cut, and the tears on the box indicated it had already been opened before. I bought this CPU with the bundled game Uncharted, but I did not find any coupon or redeemable code inside. The CPU looked ok visually, but I didnt bother checking the pins in detail or whether it works, since I will raise a return request. This is disappointing from Amazon because it must have been tampered with BEFORE packing and shipping.

組み立て後PCを起動BIOS画面で設定中にいきなりCPUオンドエラーが発生しおかしく思い確認してみたらCPUファンが一瞬回っては止まりを繰り返してそのうち回らなくなっていることに気が付きました。
