AMD Ryzen 7 5700G 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Radeon Graphics

Was installed correctly and go to turn it on and the cpu came shot does not work

Works great out-of-the box with Linux, BUT note must have kernel 5.8 or higher to have the proper video drivers. Im using Linux Mint 20.3, which is based on the 5.4 kernel. Video worked fine, but I was unable to adjust resolution, use a brightness dimming program, and other minor issues. On investigating how to upgrade the drivers for the 5700G model, I found out it is already included in the newer linux kernels. Using Linux Mints Updater Manager, I updated the kernel from 5.4 to 5.13 and now have a fully working 4K video system. Also note, you must have enough memory installed, as the 5700gs built in video uses a portion of the onboard memory. I stopped using Windows when Microsoft ended support of Win7, but now running my copy of Win7Pro in Oracles VM, and it is also working fine with the 5700G video. Very pleased with both Linux Mint and my new Ryzen 7 5700G ...the speed is liberating and 4K video is great.

Ive spent the last week or so looking up guides on overclocking, and unfortunately because its still so new, theres not much out there! However, I have tinkered a lot and Ill give a quick summary now:

So I bought this processer for a budget land parties at my buddys house. Got it so I would not have to spend so much money on a graphics card. When I got it and put it in the system It was fine. About two days later the graphics started to show some distortion on the screen with means the onboard graphics are bad. I tried to restart it from the home screen on windows 10 pro. It just crashed the pc and locked up My other buddy also got a cpu from AMD and his had bent pins on it. Mine come with a broken fan cooler I hope this is just a bad batch of AMD CPUs. I put in a picture below of what the CPU is doing

O processador é bom, acabou não sendo muito custo beneficio pra mim porque comprei numa loja achando que estava no Brasil e não estava, a loja não tinha aviso de compra internacional, no anuncio ainda tinha imagem da caixa e cooler, achei que viria junto e veio pelado, nem o adesivinho veio, se você não quer fazer compra internacional cuidado, fique atento aos prazos porque as vezes o anuncio não tem escrito ou pergunte ao vendedor, só não devolvi porque estava precisando. E se for fazer compra internacional, melhor olhar no ali, mesmo se for taxado sai mais em conta.

Excelente custo benefício e de fato está atendendo as expectativas.
