AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

Not sure if I had a bad one but just crashed my pc every time using it

Got this for 480 dollars. Boosts to 4.95 no manual overclocking, yet. Im running it with a the wraith prism that came with my 3700x lol. It hover around 75-85c in games. I have it trottled in BIOS to 85c. Installing NZXT x63 tomorrow. should be able to tweak it to around 5.1ghz. Will edit post if I cant.

On Ebay you can get one at around 799.00 buy it now which is still about 250.00 above what it should be. The greed factor on Ebay seems to be less than here currently. I recieved mine 2 days ago and could not be happier.

I went from a 3400g straight to this 5900x and let me tell you I went from 49-60fps all the way up to almost 200 fps I highly recommend this CPU the only downside is that this CPU doesnt come with a cooler witch is to be expected honestly you literally do not need a 7000 series CPU until games become more demanding and that wont be for a long time I have this CPU paired with a monster ROG Strix 1080ti 11gb and it runs extremely well I wont be upgrading from this CPU for a long time unless something in the future happens to it

My first AMD but will definitely not be my last! Powerful CPU. Hardly breaks a sweat when doing CPU intensive actions. Love it!

First 5900x died within a week of owning it, but Amazon RMA was brilliant and sent me a new one soon after & it works flawlessly. Great performance at a great price.

Despite BIOS updates making things slowly better over time, this CPU is the cause of many WHEA errors. There is a temporary workaround, which is disabling rushed shiny new features such as Precision Boost Overdrive (PBO) causing instability, but then why not buy a 3900X instead and be better off.

Im running it with an air cooler and consistently maintain a 62c avg under load, the performance is amazing, its all around an amazing CPU. If you have the extra $100 Id highly recommend this over the 5800x.
