Just plain sucks! Not a massager but sends out tiny electrical pulses to a very small area of your neck.

I could not get the heat to come on. The manual is small and the written instructiuons are miniscule! The remote didnt seem to work at all. Returned and will look for a different solution.

Dont waste your money on this product. It does not work and only last for about an hour and then you have to charge it again. Who has time to do that when theyre trying to sleep.
