To install, I drilled pilot holes for the included drywall anchors by positioning the holes with a level and measuring the distance to be sure the holes were in the right spot. After that, I attached the bracket and then inserted and tightened the hook. It feels nice and heavy duty. The towel doesn’t slip off and is easy to hang.
