Good purchase, bought 3, one had scratches though. Easy to install, looks good, we like it.

There was no sturdy back plate included.

Not brushed gold is more like orange copper color. Returned

I tightened the little screw/bolt that holds the hook to the wall mounting hardware as tight as possible and the hook is loose/janky against the wall. Not sure if I got a defective product or its just a poor design, but either way, its not going to be used.

I love these hooks. I used to love my old hooks but these are so superior that everyone in my household fights to get their towel on these. We do one towel per hook instead of fitting two towels on one hook. The towels dry so much faster. The hooks also look great. Matte black and sturdy looking. Theyre annoying to install but once theyre up its so worth it. Highly recommend.

Fits perfectly with the decor in our new bathroom! Holds two towels and we havent had any issues with the towels falling off of the hook. Very pleased!

Saw a lot of reviews of it being crooked. Not sure about that; but if you can hang a picture, you can hang this hook. Looks great, sturdy. Remember kids: measure twice, drill once. If not, youre gonna have a bad time. The bracket goes on and you can literally apply the hook piece to it and adjust for crookedness. 10 minute or less install if you have the tools and patience.
