The shape of this hook is great. It allows us to hang 2+ bulky robes easily. The weight is lighter than other robe hooks since its made of stainless steel not brass or chrome. We would have preferred chrome, but this was not an option. Since we affixed this to the back of the bathroom door, the finish was not as important. Overall very happy with the hook. We did not have any problem with installation.

Hook is not gold. I was looking for a brushed/satin gold hook and this has a copper brass color. Nice hook, just wrong color

Saw a lot of reviews of it being crooked. Not sure about that; but if you can hang a picture, you can hang this hook. Looks great, sturdy. Remember kids: measure twice, drill once. If not, youre gonna have a bad time. The bracket goes on and you can literally apply the hook piece to it and adjust for crookedness. 10 minute or less install if you have the tools and patience.

Fits perfectly with the decor in our new bathroom! Holds two towels and we havent had any issues with the towels falling off of the hook. Very pleased!
