I was not satisfied with the product I received and I made a complaint and the customer service responded so quick and replaced it with a different one it works perfectly and effectively. It’s a very good product

This is a great product, it charges my devices very quickly in my vehicle. The only issue that I had with it is that the USB connection is a little awkward and I had to force my connectors into it.
