Greater than one weekFast shipping and charger is working well. Very simple packaging is a plus; however, some of the instructions look like hieroglyphics. Other then the instructions being odd, the charger is a winner.

Greater than one weekAnker 40w 4-port USB wall charger I find difficult to use. Depending on how you plug the unit in, and because of the plug placement on the back, once plugged in, it tends to want to unplug itself as it is either too top heavy or bottom heavy as shown in the photo. This seems like a major electrical hazard with the exposed plug. Better design would be in order. Nicely built except for it wanting to pull itself out of the plug.

Having purchased an Anker PowerCore 20100 last winter and being very satisfied with that product, I ordered the Anker 40W 4-Port USB Wall Charger PowerPort 4. Without a doubt, this purchase was an excellent decision. Each device plugged into this charger recharged at the appropriate rate, and, once all charging had completed, the charger discontinued charging (as indicated by the LED light changing from green to blue). The folding plug is perfect for travel, and the charger fits conveniently in my travel bag. Also, knowing that Anker has an 18-month warranty on all their products makes me feel like the company cares about my satisfaction with their products and wants my repeat business. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
