> 3 dayGreat dual charger that allows charging of the newer IPAD Pro 12.5 inch that utilizes a USB-C charger as well as a lighting charger for charging I-phones and etc. Somewhat pricey but very reliable so far.

> 3 dayDisappointed. I bought this thinking that it would be able to maximize the charging speed of my new Note 20 phone. It delivers fast charging which is slower than the charger the phone came with. I could have bought a cheaper charger and achieved the same speed. *Update* Shortly after posting my original review, Anker customer service reached out to me and took care of my needs. I have bought many Anker products and the customer service from them has always been fantastic. Its why I keep buying Anker products.

> 3 dayAs with everything else Anker I have purchased, this has been a great product, works perfectly, and saves me time and space in my daily carry kit. Whenever I roll, Im always hauling along my 12 goodie satchel (man purse), because it never fails that I need something from it to solve some problem, or I need to go somewhere distant at the drop of a hat because someone broke something. In my go bag, Im usually packing my Microsoft Surface Go tablet, my Nintendo Switch, my Note 9, and the Anker PowerCore+ 26800 PD power bank. This charger can run them all, and I dont need to worry about packing multiple AC adapters. Sturdy as a brick, fold up plug blades, and a bit smaller (but thicker) than a deck of playing cards makes this perfectly sized to go, but reliable for constant daily use. An excellent addition to the Anker product line..

> 3 dayI was excited to get and use this charger. I got rapid charge from the USB-C port but barely a charge from the USB-A. Not sure if this is a defect USB A port cant charge IPad Pro from 0%. Left with using just the usb-c port....effectively making this a single port adapter. Looking for alternative. Not happy

> 3 dayI’ve been a long time fan of Anker products. Lightning cables, portable Bluetooth speakers, battery banks, charging bricks, etc. I’ve never had an issue with any of their products which is why I was surprised when this one stopped working around 3/18/2020. I ordered this on 10/22/2019 and I was surprised after infrequent use that it stopped working. Specifically, it would briefly charge, stop charging, resume charging, etc my MacBook Pro 13”. I emailed Anker and they suggested I try a few things (such as using different cables, letting the brick remain unplugged for 5 minutes, etc). When that didn’t work, they emailed me a shipping label to ship back to them and shipped a replacement brick for free! The new brick works perfectly just as I expect. I’ve never had to contact Anker customer support and always bought their products out of quality, but it’s good to know that if I do have to contact them, it’s a smooth process.
