I love Anker products. Solid design and generally solid construction. My previous charge from Anker was of a bad design. It had a folding plug which became loose and started to spark and not charge consistently. This has a rigid plug and charges my phones and IPad quickly. A must have if you need a travel charger.

Great charger! Charges phones and tablet fast! I love having multiple charge ports like this and having them all giving solid charge, with the one 3.0 port giving really fast charge. I ended up getting a second one that had two 3.0 ports. One for home, and the second one for my photo/video travel bag, because Im constantly needing to charge or power phones, camera batteries, etc., and this also has enough power to work as a power supply for a dummy battery for continuous power on my Sony a6500 camera, while simultaneously charging phone/tablet/camera batteries. I love Anker products, and their customer service is excellent.

I am giving it 2 stars because the adapter burnt out due to a power surge in my house while a cheap Sonoff wifi switch was not affected (the anker was plugged into the Sonoff switch which was plugged into the power outlet).

I have bought several Anker products (Cables, chargers, external battery chargers...) as the quality has always been top-notch. I recently had one of the two charger ports stop working (First issue ever for any Anker product) on my quick charger 2.0...I was very pleased to have a great experience with their warranty process - It was replaced after answering a few questions. So now I have proven they will stand behind their products Im sticking with Anker.
