Works great

I have purchased these four times (so far) about once every few weeks I am in a meeting and someone sees one of these and comments on them. They are incredibly well made, sleek, and professional-looking.

Wasted money on these after both adapters stopped working in less than a week. Just unacceptable.

As other Anker products, this is reliable, well made, and does what it is supposed to do. I use it to connect MacBook to USB on Smart TV, seamlessly. No sense to pay more for an alternative.

A smaller usb dongle would probably be fine. Its too shallow for usb-a to insert all the way, so it sticks out halfway and moves side to side. I was using it for an old, long, logitech dongle, and it was too unstable.

I received a defective product at first, but I am satisfied with the exchange.

Works great

I upgraded to a new gen MacBook Air but had a problem. My external DVD drive with USB B connector wouldn’t work with my multiport dongle. However once I connected this adapter to it and plugged it into my USB-C port it worked!

This USB C to USB 3 adapter is the solution to my problem. The problem is a few old thumb drives and CD drives still wanting to connect with USB 3 to my new computer with few USB 3 ports. This adapter is ideal for me. There are two and the package they come in acts as storage since the plastic is openable from the front. Makes them easy to find and store. I could easily lose them if I had to rely on any other system. Ive tried them with thumb drives and they work as advertised. Anker is a quality manufacturer and I recommend them highly.

Simple converter connector. Build quality appears good. We’ll see how it does over time with repeated connections
