Greater than one weekBought these for my almost 2 year old twins, who are eager to walk everywhere and explore the world. These have been a game changer for my family. We call them their “wristbands” and we use them to walk in the park or go anywhere in public. We feel safe as twin parents because neither of them can get away. They like the freedom. The steel in the leash also creates some tension on the end, so they kind of come back automatically. For my daughter, I say “baby boomerang!” And she comes back to my side. Like another review says, it feels like an extension of my arm, and it’s training them to walk beside us rather in front (like the animal backpacks). I also like that when another adult is watching them, it forces the adult to be actively engaged with the toddler. No more “who’s got him?” because someone is attached at the other end of the leash. Also, everywhere we go people come up to us and compliment them and ask where we got them. I’ve even taken a screenshot so I can physically show people. One guy we ran into immediately ordered them. Note: when comparing with other leashes, I purchased these because of the lock feature and because the lengths of the leashes were the same.

> 3 dayThis worked great. I have a 3 yr old who refuses to hold my hand and is always running. This gave her the freedom to walk while still keeping her connected to me.

Greater than one weekMy 18 month old can wiggle her chubby little hand out of the cuff, even with it being super tight on her. So either she’ll have to grow into it or I have a little Houdini on my hands!

> 3 dayThis is great. I use it for my granddaughter. My daughter pointed out the lock feature on the child end so it can’t be easily unlocked by a stranger and the cord would require a sturdy metal cutter.

> 3 dayI bought this for keeping track of my 6 year old daughter who is a runner. We used this in JFK, LAX, and Disneyland. My daughter is about 45lbs and VERY strong. For all of the yanking and pulling she did this wrist link/leash combo did NOT break. It did not leave any marks or bruises on her wrist or on mine even though she was throwing her body weight around. I only rated it 4 stars because I feel like the child’s wrist link should have more padding. Even though I felt the padding was sufficient my daughter did complain it was uncomfortable. I would 100% recommend this to anyone with a small child.

> 3 dayI bought this because my 5 year old is well, spacey, lol. His head is in the clouds and its so hard to keep him right with me. Hes to big for the cart. Lets face it. Child trafficking is a thing. Evidently its been happening right in my area. So today I was putting it on him and showed him how it locks him to me (the lock is my favorite feature). I found myself so relieved. It makes him remember to stay on me and he loves to pull on it. Which I love bc I know hes connected. My heart sank for half a second in the store bc I stopped feeling the pull. Turned my head, he was right beside me. It reminds him to stay w me and doesnt let him get far at all. This thing is awesome. He cant get out of it. He tried.

> 3 dayI love how my 4 year old daughter can’t just take it off when she feels like it. She gets the freedom to walk and I am not having to worry about her taking off at Disney or SixFlags
