I bought this for my kids to use to go to school. Time will tell how long it survives. The actual cover and its frame seem resilient. The stem though, seems vulnerable, especially where it is attached to the handle. Im okay with my purchase but will look for something else next time.

Purchased this umbrella and was glad to see it was sturdy and opened like a charm when I got it. When I went to pull it back down to retract it didnt lock. Tried again...and again....and again....finally left it open until my husband came home. Took him 3 tires. There is a lot of force in there so not a problem if youre super strong but not as easy as I am used to for this type of umbrella. Decided to return it.

We travel a lot with our RV and I wanted to have umbrellas that were dedicated to staying in our tow vehicle for any sightseeing we might do where we get caught in the rain. So far, these have come in very handy and were an excellent value for the money. They fit in that little door pocket of my Ford F150 crew cab, so theyre stowed away until the moment of need. Would recommend.

Umbrella broke on first-time use! DO NOT BUY!

I lost this umbrella first day I used it, so I cannot tell you how it holds up over time. For the one day I was able to use it I think it did great. The wind was pretty strong and it didnt bend at all and I did not get wet. I recommend this and Im sure whoever has my umbrella now does too.

Perfect size for my car and because I got 2 it makes sure any passenger can have one too.
