I tried to set the pass code, and the reset button clicked down fine, but it wont click back up after pushing button A toward the arrow. Now any combination springs the lock, which is better than it never opening, I guess, but still not great.

Thus far, this is the best luggage set Ive ever purchased...I hope it continues to hold up. Only time can tell about that. I ordered the bright red (almost orange) so theres no doubt whos suitcase it is (MINE!) in the luggage area! Each piece has same great features - durable zippers, expandable, inside pockets and mesh zip-up covers to keep items from moving from one side of the suitcase to the other.

Duribal maneuverable

Definitely looks worth the purchase and worth the price! Shipping was quick and easy. Plus the locks were easy to maneuver. The luggage came individually wrapped as to keep the surface clean and pretty. Worth it !!! (I bought the extra accessories separate, passport case also came from amazon)
