I’m very happy with the quality of the felt fabric. It did quite well on my bathroom tiles. I’m finishing up a new rug and can’t wait to add it on.

I bought this to use for MahJong. Doesn’t slide, baffles noise of tiles. White is fine but I’m thinking of dying as a contrast to tiles. Got two mats from this. Will use selvage for dining chair cushions.

I got this with the plan of trying it as a non-skid sole for homemade slippers or maybe even footed pajamas. I think this will work great for that purpose because it has a good amount of rubberized bits on it and its a good thickness and seems like it would be pretty durable.

I love this backing fabric and it looks great on my rugs. My customers have no complaints and state that the rug does not slip around, it stays in place. I will continue to purchase this product!

This is nice cloth. Its a dense, heavy, felted material with anti-skid designs printed all over it. The anti-skid material feels slightly rubbery, but its not gummy or sticky. It gives you just enough grip against the floor without sticking to it. It cuts easily with ordinary scissors, and you get a lot of it, too. I am new to making handmade rugs. I use a heavy duty cotton backing, but that can slide around on hard floors. As soon as this cloth arrived, I cut a piece to fit the back side of my favorite rug and attached it. It works really well. The rug doesnt slide around anymore. But the great part is that it doesnt stick too hard to the floor, either. Some anti-skid coatings grip the floor too hard and leave marks on the floor. This fabric doesnt seem to do that. The material is nice and strong. I attached mine to a rug that was already finished. Thats not the best way to go, but it does work. For future rugs, I will glue this backing to the rug before finishing the edges. I have another idea for the cloth, which Im excited to try. It looks and feels like it would be great for the bottom of house slippers. Im not sure how well spray adhesive would work for bonding it to slippers. I will probably sew it down to keep it attached. The price is kind of high, but it works really well. Im happy with the quality.

Im new to tufting, so admittedly this is the first backing cloth that Ive used thus far, so I cant directly compare it to other backing cloth. I do like that this backing fabric has a lot of the plastic dots that give it a grip, and the little flower design is a nice flair. This grips to our tile floor well so far. The fabric itself is like a thick, stiff felt fabric. I liked this option over using regular felt as backing because of our tile floor being a bit slippery, and we have 3 rambunctious cats lol. One in particular is a very clumsy baby and would definitely slip. This is a fair amount of fabric for the price, comparatively. Id say this would fit a medium sized area rug well, or at least a couple of smaller rugs. Im pleased thus far overall!

I have a carpet that I love the look of but unfortunately it doesnt have a backing on it and it just slides around like crazy on our wood floors. I have tried gel grips, velcro grips, those plastic-y rubbery mats/sheets you can put underneath and nothing works. I decided to give this a try even though I didnt have especially high hopes for it, but it really works. I did sew it to the bottom of my rug which isnt hard to do. Even someone with a rudimentary understanding of sewing could do it, it just takes a little time. Once the backing was sewn on I also made sure to just tack it down in a few places around the middle using simple X stitches. That keeps it from sliding around on the fabric and the fabric keeps it from sliding on the floor. Its been working great and Ive had no problems with sliding rugs since.

I used this product for the backing of the rugs I’ve been tufting! This is exactly what I was looking for, no slip. It’s also a tad thicker which helps.
