BRANDON DAY
> 3 dayThere are instructions that explain how to use products and devices, and then their are the pamphlets that came with this thing... It seems like the cleaning cycle would work great with the proper chemicals, however, not being able/not wanting to acquire a large amount of IPA to put into this device that sits in my office, made things challenging. In the user manual it literally states Tip: the washing liquid can be alcohol, detergent solution, etc. What is considered a proper detergent solution? It would be nice to know what types of cleaning solutions are thought to be considered safe within this closed but not air tight system. I have this old can of MEK, that stuff works amazing to dissolve the uncured resin directly into a gaseous state. NOT bringing that inside the house, but is that an etc that is safe for the machine? I dunno... Im moving towards a simple green concoction after seeing how poorly the dish soap mix worked.

> 3 dayI held off getting a resin printer due to the headache of the post-processing. You would have to rinse your parts in multiple IPA baths or scrub them with a toothbrush, or use a sonic cleaner and then still come up with a way to cure the parts. Many people put parts in water and set them out in the sun. Some resins will crack doing that. Some people buy turntables and setup UV lights. The whole process seemed like a pain and I was waiting for an easy affordable system like this to come out. Ive had it for a couple of weeks now and it works amazing. I can hang my Qidi Shadow 5.5S build plate in IPA, or pop the models off and put them in the basket for cleaning. The wash vortex is very powerful and most small parts only need the 2-minute wash if the IPA is relatively clean. The separate turntable for the UV curing works very well and there is a nice strong strip of UV lights to cure the parts. Transparent resins I usually only cure for 2 minutes, with opaques semi-opaque longer. The basket also works well for washing resin vats and other miscellaneous tools like funnels, scrapers, etc. The best part is the small footprint of this great machine that does so much. I keep mine in my downstairs bathroom on a shelf and it takes up almost no space. Love it!

> 3 dayOh my. I had no idea I needed this thing till I got it and fired it up. Its already proven its worth in fixing up a neglected resin vat and cleaning/curing fresh prints to perfection. I love it.

> 3 dayAlthough Im pretty adept at FDM printing, Im very new to resin (SLA) printing. I knew when I decided to dive into SLA that I would want a nice setup for washing and curing my prints. I also wanted something that looked good too. I didnt just want a cardboard box with a light over it. I originally couldnt justify the price of the AnyCubic Wash & Cure, so I scoured Amazon for parts to make my own nice looking cure station. By the time I found a setup I liked, I realized that I was almost spending just as much, so I went ahead and bought the AnyCubic. Honestly, Im glad I did. This thing makes washing and curing so easy its worth the price. I set it up on my workstation with a silicone mat and some paper towels and I was in business. All I have to do is throw my build plate into the AnyCubic and the machine washes both my print AND my build plate (bonus). I also have the option of setting the print in the provided basket and washing it that way too. Once its done washing, I set my print on a paper towel, dry it off, swap out the container for the platform on the AnyCubic and set it to cure. PROS: * Can be used with just about any resin printer. It works just as well with my QIDI Shadow as it does for AnyCubics resin printers. If you have a super large print (like something that could be printed on the S-Box or the Saturn) you would likely have a problem with the size, but most prints will fit in this machine. * Comes with extras that allow you to wash on or off the build plate. * Seriously easy to use. * Timer options. 2, 4, and 6 minutes. For both washing and/or curing. * Stop button so you can stop mid-wash or mid-cure if needed * Excellent washing. I mean it, this sucker creates a tornado. It gets in those hard to reach spaces. And it changes spin direction halfway through the wash. * Safety - it only works when the lid is on. So you dont have to worry about being blinded by UV light if you accidentally start it without the lid on (ask me how I know) * Can handle any liquid. Ive used IPA, Mean Green, Simple Green, and Denatured Alcohol. It works great with all of them. (Denatured Alcohol works the best for me.) * Looks and feels great. It has a minimal foot print and can easily be placed next to the resin printer on an IKEA Lack table (you FDMers out there know what I mean, right?) Its also solid. It doesnt feel like cheap plastic. Not even the lid. * They have their own Facebook Group with active AnyCubic employees CONS: Not a lot, to be honest, but if I had to list any... * Longer time options. Maybe a 10 or 12 minute option added. * Fingerprints, ammIright? * Id love for it to be a tad bigger. Or hopefully have AnyCubic offer another larger-sized station. I plan to eventually upgrade to a larger resin printer, but Im hoping someone (*cough*AnyCubic*cough*) will come out with a good super-sized wash and cure station first. * Additional containers. Id love to have a second container to rinse my prints without having to swap out the liquid (they are already offering this in the Facebook group, and hopefully will be easily available on Amazon soon). All-in-all I highly recommend it. Its worth it. It really is.

> 3 dayThis machine is perfect for cleaning and curing resin prints. The tub is magnetic therefore switching between washing and curing is a breeze. Works as intended. My only complaint is that the curing tray doesnt rotate smoothly and can cause prints to walk off the tray. I just put some scotch tape on the bottom of the prints and it fixes the problem.

Em gee
Greater than one weekI was not happy with it. the beeps with every button push are comically loud and the uv blocking hood didnt fit perfectly over the unit so I would constantly have to wabble it to make the curing kick on (which caused even more beeping). like imagine your microwave beeps were 2 or 3x louder (which you might not see as a big deal unless you have dogs). plus anycubics customer service is a bit....lacking

> 3 dayI recently upgraded from the original wash and cure and this thing is amazing! It’s very easy to use and makes washing and curing so much easier and cleaner. The L shape light makes Makes it perfect to ensure you get an even cure even on the top of the model. I have had nothing but good experiences with anycubic products, I would recommend this to anyone!

> 3 dayThis wash and cure station is awesome! It is very easy to use and it makes a messy, tedious process exeptionally simple and the sealed container makes storing the IPA between washes much easier. This was definitely an excellent purchase!

> 3 dayOnce again, another great product from Anycubic! Simple design means for an ease of use and that’s what you’ll get with this dual purpose machine. Changing from the IPA tank to the acrylic plate for curing is a breeze. Preset timer settings makes for a quick operation on washing and curing. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who 3D prints resin and is looking for ways to speed up their workflow.
