> 3 dayThe HDMI wireless Tx/Rx pair that I received matches its product description. My testing showed that they can be a bit finicky, which was not unexpected. I was able to get the Tx and Rx to pair up but not without several attempts. My TV on the Rx side didnt provide power to the HDMI connector but the TV has a USB port and I was able to use the supplied USB power cable to power the Rx side. On the Tx side, it appears that the Tx was getting power from the HDMI source, but the Tx wasnt pairing with the Rx. I added separate power to the Tx side from a USB port and I was eventually able to get the picture on the Rx side. The picture size was scaled a bit larger than the TV screen and so the edges of the picture where chopped off by the TV. I didnt try and make any picture size adjustment settings during my testing. I also noted a bit of ghosting in the picture and overall the TV picture was not as sharp and detailed as when using a standard HDMI cable. I think that this pair of wireless HDMI adapter is very useful when needed, but I would not replace my normal wired HDMI cable.

Greater than one weekWe love simplicity. This defines it. We simply plugged the transmitter into the output device and the receiver into the display TV. It was amazing. The receiving TV magically had the video from the original device. The set we received included three connection cables, more than we needed to get things going. For sure, this is a simple way to send video from place to place with no hassle.

> 3 dayThis is the third of this type of device that I have reviewed. The first one was great. The second one not so great. And this, the third one, is also great. The setup on this was so easy. Plug one of the cables into the RX device. Plug the cord into the device and then plug both into the appropriate ports on the back of the TV. Then plug the other cord into the other device and then plug the device and cord into the laptop. Look at my TV. Select the device. The screen told me to push the start button on the laptop device, which I did, and there it was. It was truly that simple. No joking: It took me longer to get the box unwrapped, opened and the devices out of the packaging than it did to get these devices to work. True story. The price is comparable to other comparable devices. Just dont be fooled by one that is about half the price without first reading closely and making sure exactly what you want.

Greater than one weekWorks straight out of the box just as described. Had no issues getting it up and running, the privacy mode is a great feature. The included HDMI extension is essential, given how bulky the TX and RX are. The main downside is the width if these wireless devices, they may not fit without an HDMI extension, and the box comes with only one. It’s also a bit of a hassle having to plug in the power supply so close to the HDMI, but for the most part this isn’t too big an issue. In terms of functionality though, it seems to be just about as good as using a wire. Very pleased with the performance.
