Aobelieve Flexible Mount for Infant Optics DXR-8 and DXR-8 Pro Baby Monitor, White

I was so glad to find this, it made putting the camera closer to the crib so easy & at a better angle too. It holds strong & doesnt fall over. So far my 7 month old hasnt messed with it either.

I intended to wrap it around a curtain rod to try and get a good view of the entire room, but the rod was too narrow that I really couldnt get the mount tight enough on it, and therefore it wouldnt hold the weight of the camera. But I also noticed that even if it was tighter on the rod, the rod ended up just spinning as well, which I hadnt considered. So I will be returning. I could see this working well on the side of a crib, but thats not what I was looking for. Sidenote, it was difficult attaching the camera to the base at first but eventually I did get it. It felt snug ENOUGH but not as close of a fit as I would have liked.

Fantastic camera system for a million reasons. Adjustable view, screen brightness and sound are great!!! Portable viewing screen holds a good battery and has a range that we’ve been very happy with. Good view of baby during day and night. I also like that you can have the volume down on the portable monitor but that it will light up green (low med and high) to alert you depending on how much noise baby is making. It also displays the room temperature on the monitor which is a big deal in our home as the room can be a few degrees warmer/colder when the bedroom door is closed. All of our friends have this monitor and I’m glad we followed suit and purchased one.

My husband and I love that we can use this to attach it to the crib and move it when/if we want to. I would give it 5 stars, however it’s not easy to use if you have a thicker crib. The actual mount is only so long so if the crib rail is thick it doesn’t wrap around enough to make the monitor very sturdy. You really have to get it just right, but even with all that we are very happy!

Very please! Happy I dont have to screw any hardware into crib/wall/ etc. Works. Have perfect full view of crib. Definitely a great purchase! So easy to put together and set up on camera.

This product is dangerous. It does not hold its position long and the weight of the monitor makes it fall into the crib. Also once baby starts moving it’s easy for them to grab or move out of view when using the stand on the crib. Just safely mount the monitor onto the wall

No complaints or dislikes about this product! We love it and are SO happy with it. It really is a game changer! I was worried whether or not it would actually hold up but the band is very thick and holds the monitor/camera in place at all times. No drooping, or tiling over from the weight of the monitor at all.

Simple to install and hadn’t moved since.
