Most of the time my gerbils drive the wheel between the lines and my thinking is reasonably sharp. However upon trying to install this little Eufy 2 shelter a few of those pesky critters must have gone on strike. Bewildered as I must have been, I attempted to install this little cover backwards thinking the hole was for the eye lens, rather than its rightful place, the rear peg. I did notice a few reviews had the same empty headed idea, so thought it might prove helpful to future buyers to know where that hole goes. Overall this is a cool little shelter and ought to help with keeping lens dry.

So got these on a whim and after I popped the first one in, I loved it. It’s a simple silicone sleeve shaped like a tiny birdhouse. I like the extra layer of protection from the elements and it makes the camera housing look black. With the actual camera lens, it helps it blend in even more and at a glance or from the corner of your eye, you don’t even think it’s a camera. Would buy again and probably will as I need one more camera covered.

Fits snug and helps keep the rain off of the lens. Cameras are not as noticeable. Im happy I got them!

The black silicon birdhouse sleeve helps disguise your Eufy. Little bit of rain? The roof deflects it as youd expect, so you dont have to worry about annoying wet circuitry and reduce flim-flam. Its like a condom for your camera!

So much better and more private than most security systems. I test for many companies and Eufy is by far in my opinion the best

Yes, it has a cute little roof, but theyre no better than the skins that do not have the roof. (I ordered both). If you are expecting these to protect the lens from becoming obscured by raindrops youll be disappointed.
