It is the best light ever. I use it to find my driveway at night. Still going strong after one year.

We bought one to use as a deterrent for the owls attacking our chickens. It works so great, were getting more to put outside all our coops.

My first light lasted 3 years. Bought a second one less than a year ago and now its dead. Need to look for another brand.

I have installed these solar strobe lights on the top of our 7 no-wake buoys around the point of our lake house community and they work great. Ive used them for years and they typically last 3 or more years functioning year-round. I have researched commercial strobe lights designed for the same purpose and they are typically (at least) 10 times the cost that these are and - in my experience - have about the same longevity. The bright strobe light is visible at least a mile away, but not obtrusive to the residents. The only thing I had to do was fabricate a way to mount them - which was relatively easy using pvc fittings.

The flashing light worked for three weeks and then stopped right at the return window had closed.

Over the years, I have tried many things to keep the deer out of my gardens, but nothing worked for long. I heard that the blinking solar lights could scare the deer away because they might think it was a predators eyes. I bought them and put them scattered throughout my gardens on short poles about the height of a coyote and it is working. No rabbits or deer have touched any plants. The lights are well-made, blink all night long and are bright. Perfect!
